Cathy Russo is a two-time cookbook author and publisher from the Grahamsville area. She was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. Her passion for food and cooking began early, rooted in strong family traditions where she spent countless hours in the kitchen with her grandparents and mother learning time-honored recipes. Cathy recently published her second cookbook - So, What’s Cooking? My Italian Family Recipes.
