Designed for caregivers and their children ages 12 months to 4 years, these engaging programs foster early literacy and inspire a lifelong love of reading through stories, crafts, music and friendship-building activities. Programs begin the week of October 5. Registration is required.

Mother Goose Time – Designed for children ages 12–23 months, this special
early literacy program features stories (each child receives a board book),
nursery rhymes, music, felt stories and playtime in a fun, nurturing environment.
Wednesdays: 9:00–9:45 am or 10:30–11:15 am.
Children must be 12 months old by December 1, 2026.
Toddler Time – Designed for children ages 24–35 months, this engaging early literacy program includes stories, felt board activities, music, crafts and
friendship-building fun in a warm, playful setting.
Thursdays: 9:00–10:00 am or 10:30–11:30 am.
Children must be 24 months old by December 1, 2026.
Story Hour – Designed for children ages 3–4 years, this beloved early literacy program features the popular Magic Bag, stories, felt board activities, music,
crafts and take-home activities to encourage learning beyond the library.
Fridays: 9:00–10:00 am or 10:30–11:30 am.
Children must be 3 years old by December 1, 2026.
Universal Pre-K Story Hour-Our “Story Hour on the Road” program visits the three UPK classes at Tri-Valley Central School. (Children will be registered at school.)
